A Title to Turn the Visitor Into a Lead

Use this short paragraph to explain how you will deliver this benefit to the visitor if they decide to work with you.

Dr. Sam Kavarsky, a former division one strength and conditioning coach and doctor of chiropractic, brings over 15 years of experience and expertise to ensure students get the results they are looking for. Our team delivers a unique science-based, personalized approach that addresses all aspects along the health and strength training continuum.

Why Science Over Tradition?

The Science Over Tradition Training System is a revolutionary approach in private sector strength and conditioning. Our belief in individual program design is reflected by our unique 1:5 coach to athlete ratio. Our training facility provides five fully equipped training stations where each student executes their individual program under the supervision of one of our highly qualified coaches. At the end of each month each student is provided a report card analyzing their progress and identifying progress along their training journey. If you are looking for high quality program design with outstanding execution and accountability our training system is for you.

Results That Speak For Themselves

Charlie started working with us to improve body composition and structural balance after a long season.  As a quarterback he understood the value of improving the scapular retractors to put more velocity on the ball and the importance of body composition for reducing injury risk.

Zack had a big goal of putting on lean body mass so that he could compete at a high level for his new prep school.  He gained 20 lbs over the course of our off season program.

As a middle school athlete Dylan and his parents knew how important it was to lay a quality foundation to build upon in subsequent years. The biggest limiting factor for most high school athletes is not skill development but it is size and strength. An early foundation will provide a higher ceiling for physical development later on when it matters most.

I'm new to lifting. How does your program cater to beginners?

All our programs are designed based on the individual needs of each athlete.  Our novice training progression is both safe and highly effective. We currently work with adults and athletes in grades 6-12.

How is progress measured?

Key Performance Indicators are identified through our performance analysis and created based on sport, position, injury history, and long-term goal.  We provide monthly reports monitoring these key performance indicators.

How often should I train?

Each athlete receives an outline of their current training phase with optimal frequency recommendations.

Does your strength and conditioning focus on speed development?

Absolutely.  Our speed development program focuses on teaching proper linear, lateral, and multi-direction progressions that will reduce the risk of injury and optimize athletic performance.  Timed sprints and multi-directional drills are incorporated into every training session.

Do you offer recovery modalities?

Yes, we have a full recovery room with cutting-edge technology.  Both adults and strength and conditioning athletes have the opportunity to have soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, low-level laser therapy or use our hyperice chairs with normateks, hypervolt guns, vibrating foam rollers, and hypersphere balls.
