Leave the Jersey in a better place
Don't count the days, make the days count. See how one of our athletes made the most of her summer training and set herself up for success before she left for her freshman year of college soccer.

βœ… Leave the jersey in a better place
β€Œ
πŸ‘€ This concept was popularized in the book π˜“π˜¦π˜¨π˜’π˜€π˜Ί which describes the leadership tactics of the New Zealand all blacks.
β€Œ
πŸ™ If you are going to do anything make sure you leave a mark so the next person reaches for a higher standard. Selfless.
β€Œ
πŸ‘Š Kate is the ultimate example of this and I hope she learned as much from us as we did from her.
β€Œ
βœ… Kate started following our page last year. After soccer season she did what most high school athletes simply never do.
β€Œ
She reached out via DM.
β€Œ
She came with BOTH of her parents to our no sweat introduction (NSI).
β€Œ
She had all the accolades already. The awards, championship, the college offer, etc.
β€Œ
She could have sat home from November until now and still would end up still having a great college career.
β€Œ
But she didn’t. She trained like a PRO. With a schedule as busy as anyone this was a priority for her.
β€Œ
πŸ“† During her NSI she explained that it was important to her that progress was quantified. She didn’t just want to feel tired. She wanted to know that she was going to go through a physical transformation and have the data to back it up.
β€Œ
🀞 We spent seven months creating a foundation that would lead to jaw dropping results. By the time June rolled around we knew she had built something special and we were going to dominate the summer program.
β€Œ

β€Œ
Force Plate COUNTERMOVEMENT Jump with hands on hips

8/13/24 – 16.4 inches
β€Œ

β€Œ
We tell parents – we will make sure your son or daughter is the most prepared athlete in their class for strength and conditioning.
β€Œ
Kate gave us the opportunity to check that box. After I posted her squat yesterday a strength coach from a prominent ACC school reached out – β€œmy athletes can’t do that.”
β€Œ
No point in saying good luck because luck is for people who leave things up to chance. She controlled the controllables and we know the on field results will reflect what was earned.
β€Œ
Thank you Kate!
