I'm new to lifting. How does your program cater to beginners?

All our programs are designed based on the individual needs of each athlete.  Our novice training progression is both safe and highly effective. We currently work with adults and athletes in grades 6-12.

How is progress measured?

Key Performance Indicators are identified through our performance analysis and created based on sport, position, injury history, and long-term goal.  We provide monthly reports monitoring these key performance indicators.

How often should I train?

Each athlete receives an outline of their current training phase with optimal frequency recommendations.

Does your strength and conditioning focus on speed development?

Absolutely.  Our speed development program focuses on teaching proper linear, lateral, and multi-direction progressions that will reduce the risk of injury and optimize athletic performance.  Timed sprints and multi-directional drills are incorporated into every training session.

Do you offer recovery modalities?

Yes, we have a full recovery room with cutting-edge technology.  Both adults and strength and conditioning athletes have the opportunity to have soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, low-level laser therapy or use our hyperice chairs with normateks, hypervolt guns, vibrating foam rollers, and hypersphere balls.
