Welcome to Science Over Tradition, where expert program design meets elite coaching. Located at 63 Unquowa Road in downtown Fairfield. We offer high quality coaching through our strength and conditioning program (grades 7-12) and our athlete at any age program. Our strength and conditioning program maximizes athletic performance while our athlete at any age program builds lean, strong, and healthy adults who are ready to take on anything that comes their way.

At Science Over Tradition, our mission is to empower individuals through detail-oriented coaching. Our 1:5 coach to student ratio allows for individualized execution in a motivating environment that ensures the results each student is looking for.
