The Science Over Tradition strong(her) program focuses on leveraging strength training to help women safely build strength, develop lean body mass, and optimize health. All programs are written based on a defined goal and timeline with variables such as body composition, current strength levels, and recreational activities in mind. We know that muscle is the organ of longevity and our program design reflects that notion. We pride ourselves in having our members leave our facility feeling better than when they walked in.
