Charlie started working with us to improve body composition and structural balance after a long season.  As a quarterback he understood the value of improving the scapular retractors to put more velocity on the ball and the importance of body composition for reducing injury risk.

Zack had a big goal of putting on lean body mass so that he could compete at a high level for his new prep school.  He gained 20 lbs over the course of our off season program.

As a middle school athlete Dylan and his parents knew how important it was to lay a quality foundation to build upon in subsequent years.  The biggest limiting factor for most high school athletes is not skill development but it is size and strength.  An early foundation will provide a higher ceiling for physical development later on when it matters most.

Ryan came to us after a grueling freshman year basketball season.  He needed to put on size and gained 15 lbs in our off season program while increasing his functional strength.  

Jack started working with us directly after his basketball season of his junior year.  He needed to put on size and strength.  Over the course of the off-season he gained 25 lbs and went on to win FCIAC player of the year the following basketball season.  He continued training with us in the subsequent off season and not only started, but was a major contributor for Union basketball this past season as a freshman.

Luke started working with us prior to his sophomore year.  He had trouble focusing in school and had extremely limited strength and movement ability.  He dialed in his nutrition and was extremely consistent in training.  He developed his body and his mind and ended up placing in the county wrestling tournament and qualifying for states his senior year.

Nick was looking for an off season program to help improve his strength and body composition going into his senior year of high school football. Over 12 weeks he drastically improved his relative strength and dropped over 10 lbs of body fat.
